Agenda

The 3rd General Assembly Meeting will take place at the site of our project partner AbbVie.

 

Start:              2:00 pm - 22nd October 2018

End:                12:15 pm - 24th October 2018

Poster and break-out session

In the afternoon of the 23rd, there will be a poster session for which we would like to encourage all partners to bring scientific posters (format A0, portrait). The posters will be on display throughout the meeting.

 

Additionally, there will be several break-out sessions, most of them gathering members of different work packages. The sessions will be organised separately by the work package leads.

 

Dinners

Two conference dinners will be arranged

 

  • on 22nd October at 8:00 pm (more information will follow)
  • on 23rd October at 8:00 pm (more information will follow)

 

Transport to both restaurants will be arranged.

 

Hotel

We have reserved a contingent of 60 single rooms for €90,- (incl. VAT) per person per night (breakfast buffet: €17 p.p.) at the Best Western Leoso Hotel Ludwigshafen, which is located 10min walk from the meeting site. 

 

Please be aware of charges that will apply once you have made the booking. 90% of the total amount will be charged if you do not cancel or check-in at all.

 

You can access your room at 3:00 pm the day of your arrival.

For the use of the car park, €8 are charged per day. 

 

Please arrange your own accommodation by undefinedsending an email to Ms Bettina Reuter, detailing the nights you want to reserve and using the following booking reference: PHAGO 2018. Please provide your credit card information in the email or directly call the reservation office (+49 621 5951 336).

 

We strongly recommend to make your booking before the 15th August 2018!
After this date, room availability cannot be guaranteed.

 

Partner will have to cover the costs for their travel and accommodation from their own budget.

Security advice

To enter the site, you have to be a registered participant of the meeting and present a valid ID at reception.

We therefore cannot accept any late registrations even by email!

Participants are responsible for booking their own accommodation. Information on how to book your room at the recommended meeting hotel can be found in the registration confirmation. Please indicate for which nights you intend to stay so that we can ensure overall availability with the hotel.
