Poster session

In the afternoon of the 03rd November, there will be a poster session for which we would like to encourage all partners to bring scientific posters (format A0, portrait). The posters will be on display throughout the meeting.

 

Dinners

Two conference dinners will be arranged

 

  • on 02nd November around 8:00 pm, tbc 
  • on 03rd November around 8:00 pm, tbc

 

Accommodation

We have reserved a contingent of rooms at two hotels, which both are within walking distance to the meeting venue. 

1. Metropol Basel

20 single occupancy rooms from Sunday, 01st November 2020 - Wednesday, 4th November 2020 for 185 CHF including breakfast. For booking, please visit the online booking and enter the booking code: PHAGO

 

2. Hotel Schweizerhof Basel

25 single occupancy rooms for Monday, 02nd November 2020 - Wednesday, 4th November 2020 for 200 CHF including breakfast. For booking, please fill the booking form and send it to the Schweizerhof Basel.

Please note: Our negotiated hotel prices will expire on 21st September 2020. The price and availability of the accommodation cannot be guaranteed and free cancellations are no longer possible.

 

Of course, you are free to choose another hotel for your stay in Basel. For example, the Motel One Basel is located in a 12 minute walk distance to the meeting venue.

 

Please note: Partners will have to cover the costs for their travel and accommodation from their own budget.

Security advice

To enter the site, you have to be a registered participant of the meeting and present a valid ID at reception.

In addition, Health Care Professionals:
(i)  any member of the medical, dental, pharmacy, or nursing professions; or
(ii)  any other person who in the course of her or his professional activities may prescribe, recommend, purchase, supply or administer a Medicinal Product


will have to sign an mutual agreement with Roche - please indicate this in the registration below and we will initiate the administrative neccesary steps.

We therefore cannot accept any late registrations even by email!

Participants are responsible for booking their own accommodation. Information on how to book your room at the recommended meeting hotel can be found in the registration confirmation. Please indicate for which nights you intend to stay so that we can ensure overall availability with the hotel.
